The right people for your buying journey
Buying a home brings several professionals together. Your buyers agent helps with the agreed search and purchase work. Your broker or lender handles finance. Your settlement agent or solicitor handles the work within their professional role. Building, pest and other specialists assess the issues they are engaged to inspect.
With your permission, we help keep purchase information moving between the people involved. You remain free to choose your own professionals. Any referral arrangements or potential conflicts relevant to our service will be disclosed.

Will I work directly with Bef?
Your initial conversation is with Bef. Before you engage us, we confirm who will perform each part of the service, how you can contact them and how updates will be provided.
How often will I receive updates?
Daily updates until key milestones are achieved, then every other day until you receive your keys to your first home.
Will you tell me if my expectations do not match my budget?
Yes. A useful buying brief must work in the market you are entering. We talk through the evidence and possible trade-offs, such as location, property type or features, so you can decide what to change.
Are you also arranging my loan or acting as my lawyer?
No. This service is buyers agency support. Finance advice, legal advice and specialist reports come from the appropriately qualified professionals you engage. We can coordinate relevant information with your permission.
